Regarding design projects, full rights to the final designs are transferred to the client upon full and final payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Kala Dhaga Design retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or invoice. All payments are to be made in the currency specified. Refund policies will be subject to the terms agreed upon in the individual project contract. Generally, no refunds are issued for work that has been approved or substantially completed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kala Dhaga Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our service; (iii) any content obtained from our service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
